At GabeFarrellProductions, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the apparel is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
